What you are paying for
ClearForTravel sells a digital Travel Brief — a personalised report compiling visa requirements, entry rules, official application links, and travel guidance for your selected route. The fee is a service fee for preparing and delivering this information; it is not a government visa fee. We are an independent service and not a government website — see our disclaimer.
When you are entitled to a refund
- You were charged but never received your Travel Brief, and we cannot deliver it.
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge).
- The Brief was materially defective — e.g. it failed to generate or was corrupted — and we cannot fix it.
EU / UK right of withdrawal
For consumers in the EU and UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. Because the Travel Brief is generated and delivered immediately, by completing checkout you request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the Brief has been delivered. Where delivery has not yet occurred, the 14-day right still applies.
What is not refundable
Because the product is informational and delivered instantly, refunds are not available simply because an immigration authority denied or delayed an application, because requirements changed after delivery, or because you decided not to travel. ClearForTravel does not control government decisions and does not guarantee any application outcome.
How to request a refund
Email support@clearfortravel.com within 30 days of purchase with your order email and the route you searched. We review every request and aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. This policy supplements our Terms & Conditions.
