What our fee covers
ClearForTravel charges a service fee for preparing your personalised Travel Brief. That fee pays for the work we do on your behalf:
- Researching and compiling the official requirements for your route.
- Gathering the official application links and current entry rules.
- Assembling everything into a clear, downloadable PDF you can keep.
In other words, you are paying for a convenience and information service that saves you time — not for the visa or travel authorisation itself.
Service fee vs government fee
This is the most important thing to understand: our service fee is separate from and additional to any government visa, eTA, or travel-authorisation fee. Government fees are paid directly to the relevant government or its official provider — not to us.
You can always apply directly with the government yourself, and doing so may cost less in total because you would pay only the official fee without our service fee. We are an independent service and not a government website — see our disclaimer. For when our fee can be refunded, see our refund policy.
No hidden charges
Our service fee is a single, one-time payment. The exact amount is shown clearly before you check out, so you always know what you are paying before you confirm. There is no subscription, no membership, and no recurring billing — we will never charge your card again without a new order.
Payment & security
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a leading global payment provider. ClearForTravel does not see or store your full card details — they are handled directly by Stripe’s secure systems.
